A little about me
Hello and welcome!
I am a Registered Clinical Counselor (RCC # 21526), school counselor, and Physical and Health Education/Outdoor Education teacher based in Vancouver and Sechelt (Sunshine Coast), British Columbia.
A recent graduate from the University of British Columbia, my experiences have ranged from working in school settings, to supporting clients with eating disorders. I believe in creating a safe space to process one’s challenges, with the therapeutic relationship being central to this. I work from Client Centered
Approach, prioritizing your needs, goals, and preferences:
My goal is to create a safe and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
Away from my professional responsibilities I am an outdoor enthusiast, enjoying walks with my wife, son, and active dog, as well as hiking and biking in the mountains, swimming in the ocean, and exploring beaches, forests and everything in between.
